童擎一,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2014年6月毕业于四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室,获医学博士学位;2014年7月进入华中科技大学同济医学院药学院从事博士后研究,2018年5月留校任讲师;2019年11月至今任副教授。承担本科生《药理学》,研究生《药学生物技术》等课程的理论和实验教学。已在Nucleic Acids Research,Angewandte Chemie-International Edition, Organic Letters和Organic Chemistry Frontiers等学术期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目各一项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目一项,湖北省自然科学基金面上项目一项,华中科技大学博士后科学基金和自主创新研究基金各一项,获批和申请专利多项,主要参与国自然基金项目17项。任中国药理学会会员、抗炎免疫药理专业青委会委员,湖北省毒理学会理事、湖北省药理学会会员,《Current Medical Science》和《医药导报》等杂志编委、审稿人。

研究方向
1.肿瘤药理研究:从肿瘤的分子病理出发,采用分子生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学等方法,开发直接或间接靶向恶性肿瘤,安全、有效的新药或治疗策略,并阐明其作用机制。
2.新药发现与机制研究:建立多种新颖的疾病模型,在此基础上采用高通量筛选方法筛选出具有抗炎、免疫调节、代谢调节等活性的化合物,并采用多学科交叉方法评价其疗效和安全性、阐明其作用机制。
3.药物靶点发现和确证研究:采用化学生物学、蛋白组学等技术在分子和细胞水平上研究标记或未标记药物的靶点,并采用多学科交叉的方法在体外和体内对其靶点进行确证。
